Job Purpose

This program is designed to provide structured workplace exposure and skills development within a dynamic engineering and projects environment.

Job Description

  • Work closely with experienced professionals, shadowing them to learn about their job duties, workflows, and best practices. 
  • Assist with project tasks and initiatives under the guidance of senior team members, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals
  • Conduct research, analysis, and documentation to support ongoing projects and initiatives. 
  • Compile reports and make presentations to other staff members, keeping accurate records of training activities and achievements

Requirements & Qualifications

·       Mechanical Engineering (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)

·       Control Systems (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)

·       Electronics (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)

·       Industrial Engineering (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)

·       Metallurgical Engineering / Metallurgy (N Diploma / B-Tech/ BSc)

·       Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) (N Diploma / B-Tech) 

Other Requirements:

·       Must be a South Africa Citizen

·       Recently qualified graduates or candidates requiring practical workplace exposure

·       No employment experience required

·       Must be Physically fit (Medical screening will be conducted)

·       Be Unemployed

·       Must never have been on a previous graduate internship program.

·       Must NOT be currently studying or planning to study in 2026.
